5 Panel DOT Urine Screening

Breath Alcohol Testing with Confirmation

Open Laptop

A 5-panel drug test screens for five types of illegal substances and commonly abused prescription drugs. This regulated drug test typically involves a urine or alcohol collection performed for specific agencies categorized as “safety-sensitive” workplaces because of the potential influence of their job on public safety. Safety-sensitive workplaces fall under the Health and Human Services (HHS) or Nuclear Regulatory Commission (NRC) testing authority, or are part of one of the following agencies under the U.S. Department of Transportation (DOT):

  • Federal Aviation Administration (FAA)

  • Federal Motor Carrier Service Administration (FMCSA)

  • Federal Railroad Administration (FRA)

  • Federal Transit Administration (FTA)

  • Pipeline and Hazardous Materials Safety Administration (PHMSA)

  • U.S. Coast Guard (USCG)

10 Panel Non-DOT Urine Screening

A breath alcohol test determines how much alcohol is in your blood. It does this by measuring the amount of alcohol in the air you breathe out (exhale). Breath alcohol tests are used for DOT-regulated drivers to ensure safety-sensitive job functions are not performed while under the influence of alcohol, as mandated by the Omnibus Transportation Employee Testing Act of 1991 to prevent alcohol-related accidents. These tests detect alcohol impairment in various situations, including pre-employment screening, random testing, testing after an accident, and when there is "reasonable suspicion" of impairment. By identifying and removing impaired drivers, these tests contribute to safer roads and compliance with federal regulations    DECEMBER 2025 BAT SERVICES WILL GO LIVE!!

A 10-panel drug test is a widely used screening method designed to detect the presence of ten specific substances in a person's system. This test is commonly employed in workplaces, legal settings, and rehabilitation programs to identify potential substance abuse. It provides a more comprehensive analysis compared to the simpler 5-panel drug test, making it a preferred choice in environments where safety or compliance is critical
